I review your website and how you handle leads today, and in a short call I tell you what I’d improve first and what it would cost. No commitment.

No. Before we start I send you the scope, timeline, setup price and maintenance fee in writing, and that’s what you pay. If you later want something new that maintenance doesn’t cover, I quote it separately, before any work begins.

Hosting, security, backups and minor changes. With Web Pro+ it also includes up to 1 hour of changes a month and a monthly enquiries report. With the Full System it also covers the tools (chatbot, WhatsApp and emails), monitoring to make sure everything keeps working, chatbot fine-tuning and a 30-minute monthly review. Landing and Web Pro+ have no minimum term (30 days’ notice) and the Full System has a 6-month minimum; annual payments are non-refundable and, if you cancel, the tools stop working, but your website stays yours.

Maintenance includes hosting and, with the Full System, the tools as well (chatbot, WhatsApp and emails). If your project needs anything else from a third party, such as the domain or a specific tool, I spell it out in the proposal before we start, no surprises.

By PayPal or bank transfer. The project starts once payment is confirmed, as set out in the terms and conditions (in Spanish).

Landing in 4 days, Web Pro+ in 7 days and Full System in 10 to 14 days, counted from when you confirm the project and send us the content we need.

No. The system is delivered up and running and I explain what you need to know. You just take care of the clients who come in.

Usually, yes: we connect the website to WhatsApp, email, your calendar or your CRM. If something doesn’t fit, I tell you during the analysis, before quoting.
